Classification of Swivel Rotary Plough: Exploring Types and Uses

One primary way to classify the Swivel Rotary Plow factory is by its design structure. There are mainly two types: the fixed-frame Swivel Rotary Plow and the adjustable-frame Swivel Rotary Plow.

The fixed-frame type has a rigid structure where the rotary blades are mounted on a frame with limited or no adjustment options. This design is suitable for relatively even fields where minimal angle adjustment is necessary. It provides stable and consistent soil tillage but may have limited flexibility in complex terrains.

The adjustable-frame Swivel Rotary Plow features a mechanism that allows the operator to change the angle or orientation of the plough. This adjustability is especially useful in fields with slopes, terraces, or irregular shapes. It helps optimize soil contact and tilling depth, improving soil turnover and reducing wear on the machine.

The size and power capacity of the Swivel Rotary Plough is another common classification factor. Small to medium-sized Swivel Rotary Ploughs are often used in small farms or garden plots. These models typically attach to smaller tractors or even motorized tillers, making them suitable for limited acreage or tight spaces.

Larger Swivel Rotary Plow are built for extensive farming operations. They require more powerful tractors to operate and can cover wider areas in less time. These larger models often come with multiple rotary blades and enhanced swivel mechanisms to handle heavy-duty work efficiently.

The Swivel Rotary Plow can also be classified based on its intended application and the terrain where it will be used.

For flat and uniform fields, standard Swivel Rotary Ploughs without extensive swivel capabilities may be sufficient. These models focus on efficient soil breaking and mixing.

For uneven or hilly terrain, specialized Swivel Rotary Ploughs with advanced swivel joints and adjustable frames are preferred. Their ability to pivot and adapt to changes in ground elevation helps maintain consistent soil tillage depth and prevents damage to the equipment.

Some models of the Swivel Rotary Plow are designed for specific crops or soil types. For example, ploughs intended for clay-heavy soils might have reinforced blades to withstand tougher conditions, while those for sandy soils might focus on soil disturbance.

Blade design is an important aspect that affects the performance of the Swivel Rotary Plow. The blades or tines can vary in shape, size, and arrangement.

Straight blades are common and offer straightforward soil cutting and turning. Curved or angled blades provide more aggressive soil penetration and mixing, which can be beneficial for breaking compacted soil layers.

The number of blades and their spacing is another classification factor. Some Swivel Rotary Plow have closely spaced blades to achieve finer soil preparation, while others have wider spacing for coarser tilling.

The swivel joint allows the plough to rotate horizontally, helping operators navigate around obstacles and turn corners with ease. This feature reduces soil compaction by allowing smoother tractor movements.

Additionally, the swivel action aids in even distribution of tillage forces, lowering the stress on individual components and extending the machine's service life.
